Terms and Conditions
The patient and any other person responsible for payment has a right to refuse to pay, cancel payment, or be reimbursed for payment or any other service, examination, or treatment that is performed as a result of and within 72 hours of responding to the advertisement for the free, discounted fee, or reduced fee service exam or treatment.
This will be a two-day process, during the first visit the doctor will consult with you to determine specifics on your condition, perform an examination, and then perform a 2-view x-ray to your primary area of complaint if medically indicated. He will then analyze your examination and x-ray findings. On the second visit, he will give you a report of findings and provide a decompression treatment if you are a candidate.
If you arrive at our office more than 10 minutes after your appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule you to another day and time.
As there are multiple factors that can affect your outcome, we cannot guarantee results.
